ImgTools is an image processing tool provided by Zenith Apps. By using ImgTools, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

ImgTools provides browser-based image processing tools including resize, compress, crop, and format conversion. All processing happens locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Images are never uploaded to our servers.

Free and Premium Plans

ImgTools offers a free tier with up to 5 image exports per day. Premium plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Lifetime) provide unlimited exports, bulk processing, lossless compression, and priority support.

Free tier limitations are enforced via browser localStorage and may reset when you clear your browser data. This is by design and is not considered a bug.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to pay the stated price. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We offer a 7-day free trial on monthly and annual plans. You may cancel during the trial period without being charged. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

Acceptable Use

You may use ImgTools for any lawful purpose. You must not use the service to process or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material without authorization, harmful or malicious content, or content that violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process with ImgTools. We claim no ownership or license over your content. The ImgTools brand, design, and code are the intellectual property of Zenith Apps.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ImgTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific requirements. Image processing quality depends on your browser capabilities and input file quality.

Limitation of Liability

Zenith Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ImgTools, including but not limited to data loss, image corruption, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ImgTools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the revision date below when changes are made.
